3. To provide you with a better product and service experience, we are continuously working to improve our technology. As a result, we may from time to time introduce new or optimized functions, which may require collecting and using new personal information or changing the purpose or method of using personal information. During your use of our Cleer+ products and services, we may collect and use the following information related to you (the third-party SDKs of different device systems (such as IOS, Android, HarmonyOS, etc.) and the collected information may vary):
(1) When you provide user feedback, upgrade the earphone firmware or connect a previously connected device, we will request storage permission through a pop-up window to enable users to better submit feedback through the photo album, store the downloaded earphone upgrade Bin file for upgrading or connect to the previously connected device more quickly.
(2) When you bind the Cleer Bluetooth device, we will collect your device model, device unique identifier, device MAC address, etc., to provide the function of binding the Cleer Bluetooth device.
(3) When you scan the Cleer product, we will use your device's location permission to obtain your approximate location. And with your permission, we may use your device's cellular network, wireless network, global positioning system (GPS), and/or Bluetooth information to determine your location, to scan the information of nearby Bluetooth devices, so that we can better and faster connect to the Cleer+ application.
(4) When you use the local music function, we will collect your iTunes downloaded list or local stored music files to provide the local music playback function.
(5) When you use the voice assistant function, we will collect the voice information input by you through the microphone. If you need to use the function of making calls through the voice assistant, we will also collect your contact information. The purpose of collection is to identify the information you input to provide corresponding services. If you refuse to provide this information, you will not be able to use the above functions, but it will not affect your normal use of other services of Cleer+.
(6) When you use user feedback and choose to submit photos, we will request camera permission to use the camera to take photos and collect the pictures or photos you upload, to record the feedback information and opinions you provide.
(7) When you use third-party services (such as Mimi), the third party will need to provide an email address and select a password to save your settings and use this service, to collect user interaction and behavior to achieve the best user experience. Each time you cancel this service or reset your account, you need to do this. When you use third-party services, if you encounter special circumstances and need to apply for recording permission to collect error information for analysis in order to provide more accurate services.
(8) When you perform version detection on the Cleer application, access firmware upgrades, submit user feedback, and access the help list, you will need to use the third-party SDK (OkHttp). We will not collect your IP information.
(9) To distinguish your device, ensure uniqueness, improve service security, and guarantee operational quality, we and the RxLifecycle2 SDK will collect your device information (including IMEI, IMSI, Android ID, GUID, MAC address), your installed application information, or the running process information.
(10) You can cancel your account. After cancellation, we will delete the relevant information about you. If it is technically difficult to delete personal information, we will perform anonymization processing, or stop storing and take necessary security protection measures and other processing, except as otherwise provided by laws and regulations.
(11) After authorization is granted, we will collect your Huawei OAID information to push more services that meet your needs later.
(12) This application integrates the third-party SDK-Bugly (com.tencent.bugly), only to collect abnormal information occurred in the current application usage and analyze and solve it in time, providing users with a better experience. (13) This application integrates the third-party SDK-Baidu Maps, mainly for Baidu positioning and Eagle Eye trajectory. Usage scenario: When connecting to the ARC3 sports Pro/Max version headphones for the sports function, the positioning and trajectory query functions will be enabled, which mainly include geographical location information (latitude and longitude, rough location, precise location), through IP address, GNSS information, WiFi status, WiFi parameters, SSID, BSSID, base station information, signal strength information, Bluetooth information, gyroscope sensor, sensor information (acceleration), device signal strength information, etc., to achieve outdoor sports data, sports distance calculation and display. (16) This application integrates the Tencent X5 kernel SDK. The usage scenarios are related pages of the Youzan Mall. The collected information includes (device model, device ID, network status, IMSI, application list information, BSSID). All the information collection is done by the SDK itself. (17) This application integrates the UMA push SDK. The purpose and usage scenarios are for APP message push, to inform users of the interactions and activity messages. The collected device information (including IMEI/MAC/Android ID/IDFA/OAID/OpenUDID/GUID/ICCID, location information, network information) is collected by the SDK. (18) Based on the UMA push SDK, this application also integrates the OPUSH SDK of Guangdong Huantai Technology Co., Ltd. If we share your sensitive personal information or if the affiliated company changes the purpose of using and processing your personal information, we will seek your authorization and consent again.
2. We will not transfer your personal information to any company, organization or individual, except in the following circumstances:
(1) Transfer with explicit consent: After obtaining your explicit consent, we will transfer your personal information to a third party;
(2) In cases of merger, acquisition or bankruptcy liquidation, if the transfer of personal information is involved, we will require the transferee to continue to be bound by this policy; otherwise, we will require the transferee to seek your authorization and consent again.
3. We will only disclose your personal privacy information in the following circumstances:

Article 3 How We Store Your Personal Information
1. Storage Location: Personal information collected and generated during our operations within the People's Republic of China is stored within the country. We will not transfer your personal information across borders. If we do so, we will comply with relevant national regulations or obtain your consent.
2. Storage Location: We store your personal information, including your name, contact number, username, and delivery address, in Alibaba Cloud data centers. Without your permission, we will not disclose any data to third parties.
3. Storage Period: We will retain your personal information only for the period necessary to achieve the purposes described in this policy, unless there are mandatory retention requirements under applicable laws. For example, the E-commerce Law of the People's Republic of China requires that information on goods and services and transaction information be retained for no less than three years from the date of transaction completion. We determine the retention period of personal information mainly based on the following standards and take the longer one:

4. Deletion: You can delete all your information by canceling your account.

For example, in accordance with the "Guidelines on Anti-Money Laundering and Anti-Terrorist Financing for Card Organizations and Fund Clearing Centers," after you cancel your Cleer APP user account, we will retain your personal identity information for 10 years and transaction information for 10 years as required by laws, regulations, or regulatory requirements. After the storage period expires, we will delete or anonymize your personal identity information and transaction information.

Article 7 Employee's Commitment to Customer Privacy
1. Employees involved in sales, after-sales customer service, etc., shall not disclose or provide any customer personal information obtained during the course of their work to any third party. Without the company's written permission, employees shall not take out of the company any hard drives, floppy disks, or CDs containing customer personal information, nor shall they privately copy or sell any customer-related personal information. Employees commit to maintaining the confidentiality of all personal information they become aware of during their work without any conditions.
2. To avoid any doubt, employees hereby declare that the obligation of confidentiality shall remain in effect even after the termination of their employment relationship with the company, regardless of the reason (such as the termination or expiration of the Labor Contract), until the relevant confidential information has become publicly available to the general public.
